The ISPS community gathered virtually on September 15, 2020 to celebrate the publication of Jacob Hacker and Paul Pierson’s new book, Let Them Eat Tweets: How the Right Rules in an Age of Extreme Inequality, a groundbreaking account of the dangerous marriage of plutocratic economic priorities and right-wing populist appeals - and how it threatens the pillars of American democracy.
Featuring an introducation by Yale FAS Dean Tamar Gendler, the event also marked the end of Jacob’s 9-year term as ISPS Director. Link here to read more and view a video of the event.
