David Mayhew Participates in Panel Discussion at the National Constitution Center: “What Happened to Congress?”

David Mayhew, Sterling Professor Emeritis of Political Science at Yale University and faculty affiliate of the Center for the Study of American Politics, was part of a three person panel at the National Constitution Center discussing “What Happened to Congress?  Speaking with Josh Chafetz, Professor of Law at the Cornell School of Law and author of Congress’s Constitution, and Carl Hulse, chief Washington correspondent for The New York Times, they discuss why and what, if anything, Congress can do to take its power back.  LINK TO VIDEO

Jeffrey Rosen, president and CEO of the National Constitution Center, moderates.  The National Constitution Center is located in Philadelphia and was established by Congress to “disseminate information about the United States Constitution on a non-partisan basis in order to increase the awareness and understanding of the Constitution among the American people.”
